Most standard items ship within 3 to 4 business days. Most personalized items will ship within approximately 7 to 10 business days. If you must have your item by a specific deadline, please give us a call and place your order by phone. We understand that special events and schedules require special attention.
Unless otherwise requested, we ship via UPS ground. If you require another shipping method, please call us to make those arrangements.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
We check each item carefully before it leaves our shop. Only manufacturing flaws, incorrect products shipped or products damaged in shipping can be returned. Returns must be made within 10 days of receipt. Used items are not returnable. We reserve the right to deny issuing a credit if the item is damaged in any way other than a manufacturing flaw, incorrectly picked item or shipping damage.
